Terms & Conditions

These terms govern your use of Aunor (aunor3d.com), a digital marketplace for CNC and 3D manufacturing files in Bangladesh. By browsing, purchasing, or downloading files, you agree to this agreement.

1. The Aunor platform

Aunor is a self-serve marketplace that sells production-tested digital design files for physical manufacturing, including CNC routing, 3D printing, and laser cutting. Files may be delivered as STL, DXF, ZIP, or other production formats listed on the product page.

Aunor provides automated checkout, instant download delivery, and video guides. We do not provide phone support, custom CAM programming, or on-site machine assistance.

2. License to manufacture — not ownership of the file

When you complete a purchase, you are buying a limited commercial license to use the files for physical manufacturing (CNC routing, 3D printing, and laser cutting). You do not acquire copyright, ownership, or the right to treat the original digital file as your own product.

The license permits you to:

Download the purchased file for your own production use
Load the file into CAM, slicing, or cutting software to manufacture physical parts
Produce physical goods from the licensed file in the ordinary course of your workshop or business

3. Strict prohibition on redistribution

Users are strictly prohibited from reselling, sharing, publishing, uploading, or otherwise redistributing the original digital files — including STL, DXF, ZIP, and any derived CAD source — whether free or paid, public or private.

The following are not allowed without Aunor’s prior written consent:

Reselling or relicensing the digital file on any marketplace, drive, group, or website
Sharing download links, archives, or copies with third parties
Uploading Aunor files to public repositories, forums, or file-sharing services
Claiming authorship of the original digital design

Breach of this clause may result in immediate termination of your license, removal of download access, and legal action to protect Aunor’s intellectual property.

4. Payments — bKash

bKash is Aunor’s official payment partner for transactions in Bangladesh. Checkout amounts, payment confirmation, and settlement of successful orders are processed through bKash according to bKash’s own terms and network rules.

You are responsible for providing accurate checkout details. A completed bKash payment is an offer that Aunor accepts by issuing download access. Payment disputes that do not involve a technically corrupt file are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

5. Accounts, checkout, and delivery

You must provide a valid name, email address (for file delivery), and phone number (for bKash verification) when purchasing. Instant download links are time-limited signed URLs. Purchased files remain available for re-download from My Library after email verification.

Aunor is not responsible for delays or failures caused by incorrect contact details, network interruption, or issues on the bKash payment network.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the platform, including by attempting to:

Circumvent payment, download, or license controls
Scrape, copy, or harvest catalog content beyond normal browsing
Use files for unlawful products or in violation of applicable Bangladeshi law

7. Disclaimer

Files are provided for experienced operators. Manufacturing results depend on your machines, tooling, materials, and CAM setup. Except for the limited corrupt-file remedy in the Refund & Return Policy, Aunor disclaims liability for production outcomes, lost profits, or machine damage arising from use of purchased files.

8. Governing law
