• Email address — to deliver purchased files, send download access, and restore My Library
• Phone number — for bKash verification and payment matching

We may also store order identifiers, product names, file names, and bKash transaction references so we can confirm payment and re-issue legitimate downloads.

Your information is used only to:

• Process bKash payments and confirm that a purchase was successful
• Deliver digital files and signed download links to the email you provide
• Verify the buyer when restoring library access or investigating a corrupt-file report
• Respond to support requests sent to support@aunor3d.com
• Meet accounting, tax, and payment-partner compliance obligations in Bangladesh

bKash is Aunor’s official payment partner. When you pay, bKash processes the transaction under its own privacy and security rules. We receive confirmation data necessary to match the payment to your order (such as transaction ID and payer phone number) so we can release the file.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to keep your data secure, including encrypted transport (HTTPS), access-controlled storage for purchased files, and restricted access to order records. Download links are signed and time-limited so files are not left on an open public URL.

No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we work to prevent unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure of the personal data we hold.

We share personal data only with service providers who need it to run the platform — for example bKash for payment verification, and infrastructure providers that host the website, database, and file storage — and only for the purposes listed in this policy.

We keep order and contact records for as long as needed to provide re-downloads, handle support, and satisfy legal or payment-partner requirements.
